A wound is a cut, bruise, burn or damage to our body. They are cleaned with soap and water. When you get a wound, some blood usually comes out and, when it heals it turns into scab, that if you don’t touch, will usually fall off on its own. In some cases, wounds can become infected and need to be treated with medication.
