cephalea
noun
A cephalea is a very severe headache that gives you exploding and prickling sensations in the head. When you have cephalea or a very strong headache, you may also have a fever, feel dizzy or even vomit. Sometimes you get a headache when you are ill, angry, when it is noisy, when you are tired, when you have hit yourself, when you have been in the sun for too long, when you have been watching too much TV or when you have been playing in front of the computer for long periods of time, etc. To stop the headache, you have to stay in a quiet place, and if it doesn’t go away you may have to go an outpatients or a hospital to see a doctor.
We typically use the word headache. Doctors also use the word migraine
