molluscum

noun

A molluscum is a very small, soft, round pimple that grows on the skin. We typically see it in our feet, neck, legs and arms. When you get molluscs, you should go to a dermatologist to get a cream or to have them removed.

Molluscs are contagious and appear when our skin touches the skin of another person who has them, as well as an infected object, which is why we often catch them at the swimming pool, where everyone goes barefoot.
